BRAAI VENUE BOOKING FORM

Self Catering Private Function Venue.
Exclusive use of the venue. Braai Facilities include bench tables, power point and tap- water.
Our braai area makes a perfect venue for birthday parties, bachelors, year end-functions and corporate teambuilding events.

You are welcome to bring an extra table and camping chairs for your guests Take note: Table cloths not included

Self-catering is allowed & recommended when booking one of our braai areas.

Birthday Parties: Birthday Cakes and party packs are permitted for birthday parties.

Please remain on your booking times.
50% upfront payment will be required to secure your spot!

Date Selection

Kookaburra (seat 30+8)- This area has three 8-seater benches as well as one 6-seater and two tables, power point and tap- water.

09:00 – 12:30 @ R1150 13:00 -16:30 @ R1150 09:00 – 16:30 @ R2200 (Full Day)

Rainbow Bee-eater (seat 16+6) This area has two 8-seater benches and two tables, power point and tap- water.

09:00 – 12:30 @ R950 13:00 -16:30 @ R950 09:00 – 17:00 @ R1800 (Full Day)

TABLES IN THE PARK BOOKING FORM

Self-catering is allowed & recommended when

booking a table/s for 3 and a half hours slot (incl. set-up, use & clearing).

Birthdays: You are allowed to bring a birthday cake and party packs .

Time slots: 09:00 – 12:30 including set-up, use & clearing. (The area must be cleared for the next group)
or 13:00 – 16:30 including set-up, use & clearing. (Extra fee will be charged if you exceed your booking time)
These tables are strictly for you and your team to sit down and enjoy your drinks, foods and the view of the Acrobranch participants

(No open fires, gas grills or chafing dish food warmers are allowed in the Park.)
